The company was found by Mr Jeremiah Sifael Munuo who is a Certified Public Accountant registered with National Board of Accountants and Auditors Tanzania under the category of Graduate Accountant, he holds MBA in corporate Management (IP), Advanced Diploma in Accountancy and an East African Certificate in Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate

Before then, he worked as a clearing officer-imports & Exports with Amico Trading and Services Ltd for 7years , he served also as an Assistant Logistics Executive with Sunshine Mining Ltd for 1year, and finally he served as a Senior Accountant with Yuri Investment Ltd
